Overview

The Ash Remembers is a dark fantasy idle RPG set in Veyr, a world where ash has been falling for as long as the chronicles reach — and where the ash does not forget. The player arrives at the city of Emberwake as a nameless wanderer and builds a life there: fighting, gathering, cooking and forging. Progress continues while the game is closed. Combat, gathering and crafting run offline, so a returning player finds work already done instead of a backlog to catch up on. Sixteen professions feed into one another. Storyline

Ash has been falling over Veyr for as long as the chronicles reach. It settles on roofs, on roads and on the names of the dead, and it forgets nothing — while the embers beneath it go on glowing, patient and awake. Through the gates of the city of Emberwake comes a stranger the townspeople call the Wanderer. The Wanderer does not remember why they are there. The city, however, saw them coming long before they found the gates. There is no prophecy here and no chosen one. The Wanderer mines, forges, fishes, cooks and fights, builds a standing in a place that was never waiting to be saved, and eventually walks out to meet the things that stand…
